I am sure you are all well aware of this, but there is a concept called discretion.

Making public comments or posts about drinking will get us in trouble -every- -single- -time-. Coming home drunk will get noticed. Having a hangover will get noticed.

If you are going to drink, learn to be subtle about it. It is entirely possible to drink and not get caught. Even here, with telepaths and people who have heightened senses of smell and abilities to read body language and whoever many other ways they find out. It can be done.
